Sport in general and soccer, in particular, is an activity that apart from providing pleasure, bringing joy and bringing people together allows the players to earn their living.
But unfortunately, the lack of good organization, vision, professionalism, appropriate training, and promotion means that sport in Africa is still not considered a profession and many parents break the dream and kill the talent of their children by disorienting them because they do not know the importance and value of a professional football player.
“In every child lies a talent that only scouting, guidance and good practices will make him a hero and a professional football player with wealth in future.
Football is a profession with its own rules and requirements.
One is not born a footballer, one becomes one.
WHO ARE WE?
We are CLEMENTHOS FOOTBALL ACADEMY ONDO NIGERIA an Affiliate with Nigerian Football Federation, a FIFA TMS football club and an independent football development group. A school of life made up of educators, trainers, psychologists and coaches with the same philosophy of the game.

- Through our programme we want to get youths to discover soccer, to love soccer, to have fun, to learn and to improve and lastly to make massive wealth in football.

Our Method
Our method called the “CLEMENTHOS FOOTBALL ACADEMY method” is partly inspired by the one practised by teams such as Real Madrid FC,Barcelona FC,Chelsea FC ,Ajax of Amsterdam and the one set up a few years ago in Nigeria by the former chief coach of the super eagles CLEMENT WESTERHOF within the SUPER EAGLES of NIGERIA

First Phase: 10 to 16 years which is our academy called CLEMENTHOS FOOTBALL ACADEMY – Introduction to Football

Second Phase: 16 to 19 years old which is our main team know as CLEMENTHOS FOOTBALL ACADEMY
From which players are already ripe and set for European market ,Asian market , and to the rest of the world at large .
– Pre-training
– Fundamentals of the game

Third Phase:
– Training
– Physical/ Technical/ Tactical/ Psychological
– Development of sportsmanship/ competitive mentality
